Tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement-Greater Randolph Teacher's Association and the GRIC Board 

1. Base Salary: 

Highly Effective or Effective 

$1500 per FTE Experience-Additional Year of Teaching $150 per FTE These base pay increases will be effective upon completion of teacher evaluations for 2018-19 and 2019-20. 

2. Stipends will be paid the 2nd pay in June. 

3. Expanded Criminal History-GRIC will pay the cost of criminal background checks, required by state and/or federal law, every five years for the faculty. 

4. 2 year contract-This contract shall be effective from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021
