The 2023-2024 Lady Raider basketball team will have a different look this upcoming season.  The Lady Raiders lost 4 starters due to graduation from a 19-5 season, but Coach Hudson is excited and optimistic with this new group.  Hudson has set the goal for the team to get 1 percent better each and every day.  So far he has liked what he has seen.  The Lady Raiders played a great half vs last years MEC champ Eastern Hancock in the jamboree last Saturday.  Coach Hudson knows that his team is young, but they still have some key pieces returning from last year’s team.  Returning players will have a different role and be expected to step up while leading the underclassmen.  The Lady Raiders open up their season Saturday, November 11th at  Union with a Varsitly only 6 P.M. tip.  We’re looking forward to watching basketball in Raider Gymnasium again.  Best of luck girls!
